NFL rookie mini-camps kicked off this week, and former Rebel Jevan Snead is one of the intriguing stories from the Buccaneers' camp, as reported by the Associated Press, St. Petersburg Times and the Pewter Report. Also check out some interesting mini-camp coverage on Dexter McCluster, John Jerry, Kendrick Lewis and Greg Hardy, and a few pics of our ex-Rebs in their new digs (courtesy of Cliff Welch, David Eulitt, the Miami Dolphins and the Tennessee Titans, respectively).
Also, if you didn't see it earlier today on the official site, two more Rebels are NFL bound.

I was sure that Snead would have been drafted if Tennessee's Crompton (San Diego, 5th rd.) was as well. Perhaps Crompton had a stronger finish in a "pro style" offense, but it will be interesting to see how, or if, these guys can flourish on the next level.
