Ole Miss In SI Again

Ole Miss continues to be the darling of Sports Illustrated, although this latest example focuses less on the current football squad and more on the history of the program. Celebrated SI writer John Ed Bradley visited Oxford Tuesday and Wednesday gathering information for a long piece on the culture of the SEC. On Tuesday, Bradley sat down with Robert Khayat, Warner Alford, Jake Gibbs and Houston Nutt. He finished up his interviews Wednesday morning with Jevan Snead, before trekking back to his New Orleans home. The Rebels expect to play prominently in the article, which should run in mid-October.

  1. The darling is dead. SC beats the overrated Ole Miss rubbles. Bunch of drunken and rude fans have now got to swallow their mudslick pride. Let's chant "Overrated" just like in the Cotton Bowl. Remember that? Get some class.

  2. What better way to motivate a bunch of young men. Ole Miss fan and I am glad we lost, oh and it's rebels jack ass. What team doesn't have drunken rude fans? Harvard or Yale maybe. The SEC is extremely competitive and so are the fans thats what makes sec football so great besides the fact that it is the best conference. JUst one loss get over yourself.
