Following up on the blogpost from this morning, Jevan Snead is officially back in Tampa Bay, as the Buccaneers announced his re-signing this afternoon. He returns to camp as the team's third quarterback, and with his familiarity with the system after spending three previous months with the club, Snead can expect to see snaps in Saturday’s preseason game against Jacksonville. @RebelCoachNutt and the rest of the Ole Miss family are happy for him!
With Snead's arrival, it is quickly becoming a Red and Blue reunion in the Bay. As we've blogged, former Rebels Keydrick Vincent and Micheal Spurlock are performing well, while the Bucs staff has Ole Miss ties with long-time special teams coordinator and former Rebel assistant coach (1999-2001) Richard Bisaccia and college scout Brian Hudspeth, brother of Ole Miss marketing coordinator and creative genuis behind GoForTheGoat Brandon Hudspeth.
